Option 1: Residence by Investment (For Non-EU Nationals)
Applicants must choose one of these four investment routes:

€500,000 in an existing Luxembourg company

Must maintain current employment levels for 5 years
Company must be in commercial, industrial, or craft sectors

€500,000 to establish a new Luxembourg company

Must create at least 5 jobs within 3 years
Company must be in commercial, industrial, or craft sectors

€3,000,000 in an investment/management structure

Must have a registered office in Luxembourg
Must demonstrate substantial local operations

€20,000,000 bank deposit

Funds must be held in a Luxembourg financial institution

Option 2: Residence for Private Reasons (Non-Working Applicants)
For financially independent individuals (primarily from developing countries):

Proof of stable income: Minimum €27,000 per year (savings alone not sufficient)
Housing requirement:

Permanent accommodation (owned or rented)
Must have third-party liability and property insurance

Initial Application Stage:
